We use an online booking service called Booksy. Booksy makes it easy and convenient for our clients to book, maintain, and cancel appointments. No more going back and forth on availability. You can download the Booksy app in the app store or visit the individual link of each barber found on our Barbers page.

The basic answer is, “if we have time”. There is no guarantee of walking-in and receiving a service. You can most definitely try however, appointments take precedence and is the safest option to getting in. 

The best way to cancel a booked appointment is through Booksy. If you are unable to cancel via Booksy you can always reach out to your barber by finding their cell phone number on their booksy site. You can also SEND US AN EMAIL. Do not No Call No Show.

We are located in the West Glen Town Center. We are in the strip center next to Target on the side that faces Target. Our Suite is #150 and it is the very end unit with the black canopy out front. 

Parking is free and available directly under our canopy. You can also park in the parking lot directly to the North of our space or anywhere that is not reserved for any other businesses. 

Feel free to show up to your appointment early. Anywhere from 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time is the sweet spot. If you’re going to be more than 5 minutes late, please don’t hesitate to let them know by sending them a text to give them a heads up. Our appointments are back to back throughout the day so one late client can start a domino effect in everyone’s schedules. By contacting your barber, we can help with preventing the domino effect by re-scheduling if you’re too late past your scheduled time, or letting you know a better option to accommodate.

Yes, we have an ATM. Some barbers are cash only and some use digital services like Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and so on. Talk to your barber about what their preferred method is.
